Payment is via direct deposit to the (Commonwealth bank) or 50% down 50% on pick up or delivery if local.

Disclaimer: All enclosures are custom-made to the purchaser's individual requirements. Once a part or full payment is received by The reptil room, materials will be ordered and construction will begin, after this point any payments received for custom made enclosures, standard or specifications are non-refundable. Purchasers must allow at least 7 - 48 working days for delivery after paying for their goods. (Usually enclosures are ready within 7 days but delays are possible). Purchasers must allow for delays relating supplying of materials and components which are beyond the control of The reptile room (e.g. wood or glass manufacturers etc).
