Disclaimer: All enclosures are custom-made to the purchaser's individual requirements. Once a part or full payment is received by The reptile room, materials will be ordered and construction will begin, after this point any payments received for custom made enclosures which are not the standard size or specifications are non-refundable. Purchasers must allow at least 7 - 48 working days for delivery after paying for their goods. No responsibility will be taken by The reptile room for goods once they have left the workshop. It is recommended that purchasers insure items when arranging freight.(Usually enclosures are ready within 7 working days but delays are possible). Purchasers must allow for delays relating to supply of materials and components which are beyond the control of The reptile room (eg. wood or glass manufacturers etc)
